Analysis of Using Telemedicine Application for Pregnant Women During COVID-19 Pandemic Based on ISO 9241-11

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the performance of several sectors, one which is quality maternal and child health services. One factors contributing to decline in services limited access during pandemic. Telemedicine here as answers overcome problem This study aims analyze use telemedicine applications by pregnant women using ISO 9241-11 framework. Subjects Method: research method an observational with a descriptive approach usability three measurement aspects namely effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction. number samples used was 42 who had that been determined period sampling technique random sampling. instrument adaptation Standardized Usability Questionnaire (SUQ) will be analyzed Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) determine score application. Results: Based on results Model-Partial analysis, model goodness-of-fit R-square value 0.760 Q-square 0.577 Goodness Fit (GoF) 0.780. effectiveness variable significant effect Teman Bumil application at significance level 5% statistical T 1,955. There not enough evidence for efficiency satisfaction variables say they have T-statistic values 0.866 1.452. Friends Pregnant 44.45.
